How quickly will I receive a quote?
Most quote requests submitted during business hours receive a response within 2 to 4 hours. All inquiries are answered within one business day. For urgent needs, call us directly and we can often provide a verbal quote on the spot while we prepare the formal written proposal.
Can I place a bulk order for more than 100 totes?
Absolutely. We regularly fill orders ranging from a handful of totes to full truckloads (approximately 56 totes per 53-foot trailer). For very large orders exceeding 200 totes, we may stage delivery over multiple shipments to ensure quality control on every unit. Bulk orders automatically receive volume pricing, and we can coordinate multi-drop deliveries to different locations on the same order.
Do you offer emergency or rush service?
Yes. We understand that production schedules, spills, and unexpected demand can create urgent container needs. For customers in the greater Bay Area, we can often arrange same-day or next-day pickup from our Hayward facility. For delivered orders, rush shipping within 24 to 48 hours is available at a modest surcharge. Call us directly to discuss your timeline and we will do everything we can to accommodate it.
What is your typical turnaround time for reconditioned totes?
If we have reconditioned totes of the grade and size you need in stock, they can ship within 1 to 3 business days. If your order requires reconditioning from our intake inventory, allow 5 to 7 business days for processing, quality inspection, and shipment. We will provide a firm delivery date as part of your quote.
Can I visit your facility before placing an order?
Yes, and we encourage it. Seeing our operation firsthand gives you confidence in the quality of our reconditioning process and the condition of our inventory. What if I am not sure what grade or size I need?
That is perfectly fine. Many first-time customers are unsure about specifications. When you contact us, simply describe what you plan to store or transport, the approximate volume you need, and any regulatory requirements (food-grade, UN-certified, etc.). Our team will recommend the appropriate tote grade, size, and configuration based on your application.
Do you service customers outside the five West Coast states?
Our core delivery area covers California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Arizona. However, we ship nationally for bulk orders using freight carriers. Customers in Colorado, Idaho, Utah, Montana, and other states can contact us for a shipping quote. For orders of 20 or more totes, national shipping is often cost-effective.

Our Facility Capabilities

Our Hayward facility is purpose-built for IBC tote processing. Here is an overview of what we can do on-site.

Reconditioning Line

Our triple-wash reconditioning line processes up to 100 totes per day. Each tote is pre-rinsed with high-pressure hot water, washed with food-grade alkaline detergent, and given a final clean-water rinse. A closed-loop water recycling system recovers 80 percent of the water used. The line handles both food-grade and industrial reconditioning with separate protocols for each.

Pressure Testing Station

Every reconditioned and rebottled tote undergoes hydrostatic pressure testing before it leaves our facility. Totes are filled with water and pressurized above their rated working pressure to verify leak-free integrity of the bottle, valve, gaskets, and fill port. Totes that fail pressure testing are rejected for reuse and sent to our recycling line.

Rebottling Operation

We remove worn or damaged HDPE bottles from steel cages and install new blow-molded bottles. The cage is inspected, straightened, and repaired as needed. New valves, gaskets, and caps are fitted. The result is a tote with a brand-new interior at 50 to 70 percent less than the cost of a completely new container.

HDPE Shredding & Recycling

End-of-life tote bottles are shredded on-site into HDPE regrind using our industrial granulator. The regrind is cleaned, sorted by color, and sold to plastics recyclers who process it into pellets for manufacturing new products. Our shredding operation handles up to 10 tons of HDPE per week.

Steel Processing

Damaged or end-of-life steel cages are disassembled and processed for scrap metal recycling. We separate galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components to maximize recycling value. All scrap metal is sent to certified recycling facilities.

Inventory & Warehouse

Our warehouse maintains a rolling inventory of over 3,000 totes across all grades, sizes, and configurations. Inventory is managed electronically with barcode tracking for full traceability. Climate-controlled indoor storage protects totes from UV degradation and weather exposure while awaiting sale or delivery.
